- The Micro 700 Starting and Charging Analyzer uses Midtronics' advanced conductance technology, making it easy to test the full electrical system on heavy duty vehicles, including trucks, construction equipment and military vehicles. Technicians can quickly find the problem - in the battery, starting or charging system - in seconds, not hours. Full test results, including multiple battery tests, may even be printed on an optional printer. Plus, with the Micro700's 15' cable set, starting and charging system tests can be run from the cab for complete control and simplicity. The analyzer's user-friendly interface prompts the technician through the entire test sequence.
Using patented conductance technology and an advanced heavy-duty battery algorithm, the Micro 700 provides accurate test results reliably for battery packs up to 6 batteries and 3,000 CCA, including Group 31, Commerical, Automotive and AGM batteries.
Battery Test:
- Tests 12- and 24-volt heavy-duty battery systems from 100-3,000 CCA
- Tests 6- and 12-volt commercial batteries from 100-1700 CCA
- Tests multiple batteries in parallel, series, or series-parallel configurations
- Tests discharged batteries down to 1-volt
- Gives a decision - no user interpretation required
- CCA output indicates battery health vs. rating
Starter Test:
- Nothing to disconnect, simply start the vehicle and the Micro700 does the rest
- Air-start mode for moving directly to the charging system test
Charging System Test:
- Tests 12- and 24-volt systems for HD vehicles
- Menu-prompted test process ensures accuracy and makes it easy for any level technician
