Blair carded assembly contains one arbor with retractable pilot and one 3/8” double end spotweld cutter. When cutter becomes dull, simply unscrew cutter from arbor and reassemble with unused teeth in cutting position. An adjustable depth rod determines the distance the retractable pilot can recede, thereby setting the depth of cut.
