This General Motors air conditioning clutch plate installs GM A6, R4, Late DA6, HR-6, V5, 6 Pole R4 Clutch plates. The image here is the ATD-31212 remover tool which is similar in design. Remover is for the GM DA6 carbon type seals with metric thread.
